Wellness...NATURALLY!
After a car accident in January 2015, I had some time during recovery to take a look at my life and where I wanted it to go. After working in the call center industry for 17 years, I really felt a need to move on to something more meaningful. Having time to read some wonderful books, meditate and take courses, I felt I had more of an idea of what I was looking for. "How may I serve" often came up in my reading and this has become my purpose. My service is to help people and animals lead healthier, happier lives by using natural methods for healing. Being through a car accident and dealing with my own pain and having issues with anxiety and depression, has given me an understanding of how many are suffering. My hope is to help alleviate some of that in any way. How may I serve you?
